Opis posla

We are looking for experienced, but also those who are eager to learn!


Your tasks and responsibilities will mostly include:

• Participation in the preparation of monthly invoicing calculations in cooperation with Heads of profit centres and Project Managers
• Creation of outgoing invoices following the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the country of origin of the buyer depending on the type of delivery
• Harmonise the balance with domestic and foreign buyers
• Preparation and booking of compensations
• Booking bank statements
• Calculation of exchange rate differences
• Booking invoices for assets, monitoring of assets in preparation
• Other accounting activities related to the movement of assets (activation, sale, write-off)
• Preparation of documentation for inventory implementation, preparation of inventory sheets, adjustment of inventories, preparation of documentation for inventory posting, booking of inventory surpluses/deficits
• Calculation and booking of the treasury
• Calculation and booking of travel orders
• Preparation of various internal reports
• Knowledge and monitoring of Croatian laws and regulations related to accounting, bookkeeping, and taxes
• Conducting other accounting activities at the direction of the director

Uvjeti posla

Requirements:

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferably Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Economics and Finance)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in similar or same jobs is an advantage
• Previous Pantheon ERP working experience is an asset
• Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
• proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in interacting with users
• Goal-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently
• Responsibility and positive attitude towards work and associates
• The desire to constantly learn
