We are looking for experienced Business Analyst!

Your tasks and responsibilities will mostly include:

• Participation in development of application solutions
• Cooperation with business users and development team
• Collecting and managing the requirements of the client or user of the IT system
• Analysis of business processes and requirements of the client or user of the IT system
• Performing business system analysis (defining the business problem and identifying business needs with adequate methods, tools and techniques)
• Detailed specification of requirements in a way understandable to business users and the development team
• Proactive analysis of the impact of new requirements on the existing system
• Support to the technical development team in interpreting the specification of requirements and resolving outstanding issues
• Defining criteria for successful delivery to customers
• Defining functional tests and their implementation in collaboration with users and the test team
• Organization of software solution verification by key users (uat)
• Participation in the development of user documentation, continuous care for the quality of deliveries and customer's content

You are a technical fit if you have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field
• Experience: minimum of 3 year experience working as business analyst or application developer
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis methods and tools
• Advanced knowledge in methodology of development process
• Elementary knowledge and general understanding of software systems
• Knowledge of methodologies and tools for business process modeling and management of customer requirements
• Excellent knowledge of English - both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
