As a HR Specialist you will be responsible for promoting company brand through HR strategy guidelines towards our potential candidates as well as our actual employees.

Your responsibilities will mostly include:
• Promoting and raising awareness of company brand among current and potential employees
• Participating at IT conferences, meetups and events with potential candidates´ attraction purposes
• Designing and organizing various events and activities targeting our employees´ wellbeing and belonging
• Designing and exercising various approaches to establish connection, nurture relationship and build communication channels that attract right candidates according to our employee value proposition
• Perform end to end recruitment process (requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reporting)
• Efficiently using a variety of search methods to build a candidate pipeline
• Creating and implementing new processes, policies and procedures within the organization
• Managing employee relations, concerns, and/or disciplinary or performance issues as they arise
• Keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products

• Experience in HR branding (events, workshops etc.)
