With the purpose to strengthen our market position, we are looking for a high-performing and goal-oriented individual on the position Key Account Manager (m/f).

Responsibilities:
• Screening potential business opportunities by targeted market analysis
• Identifying valuable B2B leads through multiple channels and establishing successful first contact with potential customers; Evaluating and suggesting various business opportunities
• Identifying influencers and decision makers, Cold calling and using other ways to initiate the first contact
• Defining and understanding customer’s unique needs, pain points, business challenges and future plans
• Identifying sales opportunities, preparing a custom-made offer and presenting it to the customer
• Negotiating and closing new business deals in order to maximize profit but always in a way that business operations can deliver what is promised to the customer
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all the customer’s requests or issue escalations
• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and serving as final point of customer escalation
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, customer’s stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Preparing forecasts and tracking key account metrics
• Tracking and reporting sales funnel statistics and activities through CRM to internal and external stakeholders

Uvjeti posla

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in economics, engineering or another relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in selling IT solutions to midsize or large companies or minimum 5 years of experience in IT technical roles (developer, system administrator etc.)
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, persuasion and closing skills
• Ability to build relationships and a strong contacts network
• Ability and will to tackle both strategic and operational tasks and assignments
• Customer focused, persistent and result oriented at the same time
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects, while maintaining a sharp focus on most important details
• Ability to prioritize customers based on opportunity size and sales probability
• Ability to communicate information (technical and non-technical) to colleagues and customers in clear and concise manner
• Open minded, positive attitude and self-motivation capability
• Strong work ethics – a trustworthy person with the mission to deliver what is promised and openly discuss challenges with the superior
