We are looking for a Scrum Master who will be focused on supporting the agile team by encouraging and promoting agile way of working.

Your responsibilities will mostly include:
• facilitating Scrum ceremonies and helping the team to become self-organizing, as well as motivating them and providing opportunities for development
• supporting and helping in delivery planning
• collaborating with product owners on creating and maintaining backlogs and managing new requirements
• selecting the most appropriate tool for clear and timely communication
• solving problems openly, constructively and directly with the team and superiors
• providing constructive feedback to others, sharing knowledge and best practices within and outside the team
• giving proactive proposal of potencial improvement at the level of the company or project
• coaching and mentoring juniors and interns with expert advice and informal support
• following trends in technologies and actively seeking opportunities for self-development

You are a technical fit if you have:
• minimum of 3-year experience as Scrum Master
• College Degree: Bacc. Ing. Comp. (or similar)
• A scrum master certification CSM/PSM1
• excellent knowledge of English - both written and spoken
• familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile) principles is an advantage
• detailed, systematic and proffesional approach to work
• a strong character that can successfully deal with stress
